At DZ UK Jewellery, every order is fully insured from dispatch until it reaches you. We take full responsibility for your parcel during delivery, so you can shop with complete confidence. We’ve never had any delivery issues, but for your peace of mind, your jewellery is always protected, carefully packaged, and guaranteed to arrive safely.
We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.
We’re confident you’ll love your DZ UK Jewellery piece. We don’t accept returns unless there’s a concern about authenticity but don’t worry, we’ve never had such an issue. Our clients’ satisfaction rate is 99%, and every piece arrives exactly as seen in the photos, often even better in real life.

Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at team@bijoux.com so we can arrange it for you.
